When you make a booking, preliminary booking, or enters wait list for any of our activites we collect name, e-mail and phone number.

We collect information from our clients due to the following reasons:
- To be able to communicate with our customers before an event or planned event,
- To communicate with our clients regarding the customer relation, which includes administrative communication such as reaching out and marketing, which is sent if allowed per regulations, as well as
- To market our services via newsletters and our other digital channels.
Security for your personal data
We only use your information in our contact with you as a customer. We do not forward, sell or share your information in any other ways or to third party actors.
How we store your personal information
We save personal information as long as it is necessary for the reasons it is used for, for example for sending necessary communication and offerings. You have the right to at any time object to direct marketing, at which point we are forbidden for using the information for such purposes. You have a right to at any time ask us to erase your information from our archive.
