Up to 50 participants

• Cancellations and changes can be made without any cost up to 14 days prior to your visit.
• If you make a later cancellation or in case of a no show you will be charged the full amount.
• Minor adjustments to your booking can be made up to 7 days prior to your visit.

Mre than 50 perticipantsor bookings with several activities

• Cancellations and changes can be made without any cost up to 14 days prior to your visit.
• Cancellations can be made without any cost up to 30 days prior to your visit.
• Cancellations between 14 - 30 days before your visit will be charged with 50% of your total amount.
• Cancellations with less than 14 days left to your visit will be charged with the full amount.

Payment

Your invoice will be sent to you after your visit. Payment terms is 30 days.

Please supply us with your invoice details prior to your visit. These are the details we need:

• Full name of the company
• Invoice e-mail address
• Any required references for your invoice
• Postal code and city

For e-invoicing: GLN number, full company nameand reference number.

NB! We don't send out any invoice by regular mail, we need an e-mail address for this.
